Got my tires 10/1/2013

I received my new tires the day I went in to ck the tread. Having the tires for life on my 4 runner, I was headed for Bend the next day. The service dept made sure I was safe in some really crappy weather. Give that guy a raise. more

Ease in dropping off vehicle and nice atmosphere. 9/5/2013

Good overall experience for my 5,000 mile service. Service rep was nice and explained everything. One minus, albeit a minor one, was after they tool my pickup through the car wash it was still soaking wet. My windshield had water spots on it from the water since it sat for a little bit afterwards. I'm pretty meticulous so this may not bother others. I was near the pond and saw it come out and the person driving just whizzed right through the dryer. more

Service Dept. is good, Parts Dept is great, Sales Dept. has not been our favorite in the past 9/5/2013

So far no problems, just came in for the scheduled oil change and to buy a bottle of oil to have on hand. Merle in the Parts Department is always helpful. I am answering "yes" below but that is only because you do not have a middle of the road response. more
