We had a GREAT experience. Tawny was the best to work with. She was friendly and knew her stuff about the cars without being pushy. If she didn't know something (not often!) then she would say so and then find out the answer. Would work with Tawny again when we need our next car.
PS - Another salesman that talked to us one night when Tawny wasn't there (think his name was Eric, had spiked hair. Said he had 15 or 17 years experience.). He was saying we could work with him because it didn't matter because they didn't work on commission. That may be true to a point but I know you get credit for how many cars you sell. Then he was bad mouthing Tawny and other salespeople. He claimed to know everything about all the cars but couldn't answer some of our questions. If he had been who we first met at your dealership then we would never have come back. He was the kind of salesman that everyone dreads!
