All the service was great - easy to get in for an appointment, cost is reasonable. I appreciate getting my car washed. The only negative I have is that Dave does not come across as friendly at all. He doesn't smile or give the you the impression that he is happy to have you as a customer. more

Missed tire rotation in regular service 7/26/2013

Although my service rep said they rotated my tires, I marked my tires before I came in and I could tell that they did not do the rotation. After I brought it to their attention, they did scramble and rotate my tires. more
