Arrived early, check-in was easy. Waiting area was very relaxing. Service was finished before the quoted time. Great!!
Jumped into the car and headed to Florence. Sometime during the drive realized that both outside mirrors were scratched. Got to Florence and found the rear license plater frame broken.
