I went to Capitol Toyota and got such excellent help that I bought a decided on a car within about an hour. It took him no time to figure out what I needed. I wasn't sure before I got there. I felt like I got a reasonable deal. more

Top Notch 6/27/2013

I was called by Captial to remind me of my recall and to schedule an appointment. They said it was going to take an hour and a half. I was out within an hour. Every person I talked to was really nice and very helpful. I went out to the lot to take a look at the cars and the sales person wasn't pushy. They were also kind enough to reset my service light and my low air light. more

The one thing that is confusing - when driving into the service area, it is not clear what to do. Do I stay in the car, do I go into one of the service offices, which one, etc. more

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Also, I have never seen such a great waiting room. They really have the customer's comfort in mind. I drive from Vancouver to get my car serviced here and will continue to do so. more

Excellent pricing, friendly staff 6/27/2013

The aggresive pricing we found from Capitol Toyota made it easy for us to make our buying decision after visiting three other dealerships in the valley. The only complaint I have is the nearly three hours it took after we announced that we wanted the Camry until the car was prepared and ready for us to drive off the lot. more
