We were very disappointed to find that your mechanic never really checked his work. He never cleaned the oil off of the underneath of the car because if he would have, he would have seen there was still a substantial leak. It makes us wonder if the water pump really needed to be changed, or if what was replaced the second time, was the actual issue to begin with. In the past we have really been happy with your service, but were very disappointed this time. more

Speedy, informative service 8/1/2011

I brought my car in midday on Saturday for some brake service and despite numerous cars being worked on they were still able to confirm my diagnosis and get the job done in just a few hours. I always come here first for my service needs. more

Bill's is the best 7/26/2011

I first went to Bill's after the transmission died on my car and I didn't have a trustworthy mechanic to take it to. On a friend's recommendation I tried Bill's and I haven't wanted to go anywhere else since! Their prices are a little bit higher than you could probably get somewhere in the valley, but the customer service can't be beat. For someone like me who doesn't know much about cars, I trust that the guys at Bill's are looking out for me and not trying to rip me off. They've even told me when I don't need something fixed and when it would be safe to put off paying for something in the short term. Dealing with car troubles is always a headache, but Bill's makes it that much less stressful. Their shuttle service is a lifesaver! They are also great about giving coupons and discounts to their customers. Basically, Bill's is awesome! more

Truck runs bad after smog 7/25/2011

I took my truk into Bills to get smoged, 1st the price was high but i figured it's not a test only station so it will be higher but that's not the case, there is cheaper places in Simi. well after i picked it up (it passed so i was happy) the truck ran horribly! from a full stop the idel was rough, the engine sounded like it was going to dye, and i had no power. FYI I drove this truck home from Oregon to Simi 2 days before and it drove great, only has 81k on it. i had my friend take a look at it, and found out that Bills messed with my timing, and never put it back! thanx Bills! more

Professional Auto Care 7/24/2011

I have taken my cars to "true mechanics" as well as those who believe that they are "true mechanics." I've paid dearly for the mistakes of the want-to-be's. So far, I have seen nothing but professionalism at Bill's Quality Auto Care and they knew what they were doing when they fixed my car. I'll be back..... more
