BQAC - Good service with reasonable price 9/14/2011

I am glad I went to BQAC. Staffs were courteous. It was the first time in my life (I used to go to the dealers), I felt i was reasonably charged for the service rendered to me/my car. Keep up the good work. more

My search for a Excellent mechanic shop is over 9/13/2011

Bob is a great manager with a calm deminor but an excellent customer service and an attitude that shows it. I am so happy to inform all, you tried the rest let's try the Best in Simi. These Guys Care!! 9/12/2011

These guys really care about my car and my family. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire repair process and picked me up when the job was completed. They offer AAA discounts and even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok after the repair. I am telling everyone to bring their cars to Bill's Quality Auto CARE!! more

I went to Bill's for a routine transmission service and was treated very well. The service was done on time and on budget. It was a pleasure finding a mechanic that you can trust. Bill's was reccomended by friends and they were right. more

I love you guys, you are not pushy about things that are not needed and are honest about the condition of my car. It has over 200 thousand miles on it and you said it wouldn't be worth spending the money on a radiator fan because it is only needed when it is hot outside and I drive it a long distance. I drive it 6 miles each way to work, why should I put the 350 bucks into it... more

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Bill's. The car was inspected in timely manner, recommedations made, and the work was completed when they said it would be. Everyone I have come in contact with is professional, friendly, and helpful. I love the shuttle, as sometimes it is difficult to get a ride to or from. My car runs well after being serviced at Bill's I would recommend Bill's to my friends. more
