Great Service 6/8/2011

This was the first time I had to repair a vehicle out of warrentee in 20 years. The service advisor made the process very easy. They were prompt with a quote and completing the repair. I am very impressed and will be recommending Bill's Quality Auto Care to others. Thank you more

4 wheel alignment 5/19/2011

I like you guys very much, but today when I came in you assigned a new guy to do my alignment. After approximately 50 minutes, a senior guy had to step in and complete the job. As a customer who was waiting it was WRONG !!! I came in because I had just purchased $1,000 worth of new tires and didn't want to harm them. The people at the front desk were nice and thanked me for my patients...The thing to do would have been a reduce price for the job...But, that wasn't even mentioned !!! I would have rated you guys a 9 before this...now a 7 and it makes me wonder if I am coming back..Thanks.. more

Went it for an oil change and transmission service. They had just sent out a $25 "gift card" that you can use for services over $50. I was glad to be able to take advantage of that offer. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. more

We have been there several times and have been very happy with their service and prices. They frequently communicate the status, we've had no problems with any repair, and they don't try to push all kinds of extra services on you. more
