Customer relations were excellent But.. 3/23/2011

the entire base plate appears to be off senter tward the drivers side. There is interferance with the grill and the license plate frame that should have been delt with. I am not finished checking the system out yet but I will call you with more details next week. (weather permitting, It is raining here now...Again!) more

Regular Checkup & Check Engine Light 3/21/2011

Everything was fine, although it took a while to get a diagnosis. Also, my drive shifter now makes a clicking sound when I put it into drive. It never made a sound and now I'm wondering if the guy who took my car for a test drive was very rough while shifting it into drive. I am not happy about this. I take very good care of my car and am very gentle. I will use some WD40 to see if that helps; if not, I will mention it next time I bring my car in. more

Great Service 3/18/2011

I am a first time customer of Bill's and found them to be excellent mechanics. I was a loyal customer of Rusnak where I had purchased my Porsche Carrera 4. After many years of so so service I was looking for a good mechanic that knew what they were doing. Bill's came highly recommended by AAA so I gave them a try. I really am pleased with their service and will continue to bring my car to them for service. Thanks to everyone at Bill's Quality Auto for all your help and suggestions. Margaret Canning more

did not work when I picked up the car 3/14/2011

The part they replaced was defective and drained the battery so the car was effectively useless when we retrieved it. They did make for arrangements to pick it up after hrs that was accomodating so the experience was not completely negative. more

Regular Maintenance (major service) 3/7/2011

Bob and Joe were great, they took care of me right away and Joe was nice enough to tell me to stop by after they closed just to take a look at what needs to be done to my car. They told me upfront what I might need done equivalent to how many miles I have on my car, and weren't pushy about additional services. Joe called me and told me I needed to replace my brakes, and even that added on to the regular maintenance and smog check was STILL cheaper than if I had brought it to my dealership. Definitely will return! more

Great Service 2/15/2011

I had a problem with my Volkswagen Touareg and decided to take a chance with Bill's Quality Auto Care. I was impressed with their professionalism and the cleaniness of their office and work area. They were honest and direct with their diagnostic of my problem and gave me a strong sense of confidence that I had made the right choice.
