A/C under other's warranty 7/8/2011

Bill's people dug into my failed A/C on my 540 BMW and determined the compressor had failed and contaminated the entire A/C system. I later determined this was still covered under the dealer's warranty and Bill's people "buttoned" it back up and very willingly let me take this multi-thousand dollar repair to the dealer (who confirmed the same problems). There was no charge for this beyond the agreed to troubleshooting charge, which I thought was reasonaable. more

Bills automotive is the only auto shop in Simi Valley that I truly trust when it comes to my car repairs. The best auto repair shop in the valley. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the fees for a service call are on the high side. more

We have been coming to Bill's Quality Auto Care for the past 7 years. Prior to bringing our cars to Bill's, our family had been using the larger auto repair shops/chains for about 10 years or so. Trust me when I say that they all pale in comparison to the expertise, quality, and service we found at Bill's. If you are looking for an honest, clean, and friendly auto repair shop with fantastic technicians and office staff, look no further than Bill's Quality Auto Care. Your car will love you for it! more

The best independent auto service I've ever used. 6/30/2011

Bill's has done some pretty major work on our cars this year and I've got to say that the quality of their work was simply better than ANY dealership I've ever used. They care, they always try their best and their mechanics are all ASE certified. They aren't cheap but they are fair and you can absolutely count on getting what you paid for. Give them a try! more

The Best Service Ever!! 6/18/2011

I have been to going to Bill's for about 2 years now and I will never go anywhere else. They are always friendly and clear about what needs to be done to my car to keep it in the best shape possible. They have a very clean bathroom and a great shuttle service (they even took me up to the mall to go shopping and picked me up afterwards!) I tell everyone to go to Bill's Quality Auto. more

Always very friendly, and make you feel as if you are their top customer. They provide quick shuttle service. Bill's provides quality timely work and suggestions any additional service that may be needed. They do not push you into something you don't have to have, yet they will be clear when something is of an urgent matter. Very happy all the way around. more
