We were very disappointed to find that your mechanic never really checked his work. He never cleaned the oil off of the underneath of the car because if he would have, he would have seen there was still a substantial leak. It makes us wonder if the water pump really needed to be changed, or if what was replaced the second time, was the actual issue to begin with. In the past we have really been happy with your service, but were very disappointed this time.
