I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who needs printing done. I went back to work with Greg in the printing department and he is NOT there any longer. Between him and Kyle leaving, I feel the owners just don't care about customer service at all. And to prove it, my recent job I gave them was late, also wrong. I just took my business elsewhere. What a joke. more

...all the good people that used to work here are gone or are leaving. I haven't found a more unprofessional place. A friend of mine suggested another place for me to get my printing needs met called Color Image and I have not been happier. Color Image, located on Milwaukee in NW loop area, met and exceeded ALL of my expectaions. more

Bad Service all around 11/9/2011

Bad customer service, doesn't meet deadlines, the quality of work is very bad, management is difficult to work with. I would go somewhere else. more

Thanks for screwing up my job 11/9/2011

I recently used Best Imaging for a large job that I needed right away. I was promised the job would be completed on time and that everything would look great. Well when it came time to do my presentation guess what, no completed job to show anyone. I sat in a room full of clients without the material I needed to show them because Best Imaging didn't get my job to me on time. Two hours after my meeting had started and the next morning after the job was promised it arrived at my office completely wrong. So thank you for ruining my very important presentation and making me look like a complete idiot. I will never use you again and will tell everyone I know to stay away! more

Great service 4/27/2011

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews on other sites. I am an interior design student and began searching for a print center a little too close to my deadline. I needed a place that could print 17, 24""x36"" construction documents in a couple of hours. I asked one of the employees, Chris, if he could get the job done. Expecting him to look at me like I was crazy, he said he could get it done in 30 minutes. He then allowed me to point out exactly what I needed printed from my jump drive. They job got done in about 40 minutes and I couldnt have been more pleased. I recommended Best Imaging to a girl in my class who was also running short of time. She wound up taking her drawings there as well and proceeded to find me at school later that day to thank me for suggesting them. Overall, great service. more

Great Staff but Owners not so good 2/16/2010

I have to agree with some of the other reviews here. The staff is great but the owners just suck. They do have older equipment but the staff makes sure your job gets done (might not always be correct or good or on time but it gets done). If this company was under different ownership it could be much better. They get my bad rating because well they deserve it. Pros: They have none Cons: Old equipment, can't meet deadlines, poor service more

Do Not Go Here!! 9/1/2009

My company at one time used Best Imaging Solutions, I am so glad they stopped. They have got to be the worst reprographics / printing place in Chicago. The quality of the their black and white prints was bad most of the time. We received prints that were faded over and over again. Also we would get a prints back with mistakes in binding all the time. This is why we stopped using them. They promise a fast turn around and rarely met our deadlines. When we would call to check on our order we were greeted with people who didn't know what they were talking about and really just seemed to have no clue as to what was going on. Cons: Bad Service and Bad Product more

Horrible customer service 10/8/2007

I do not recommend Best Imaging Solutions in Chicago. They were painful to work with and were insensitive to my company's concern about the nature of a deadline. Everyone I spoke to there was rude and treated me with disrespect after I politely phoned/emailed several times to check up on my order, getting little feedback and much attitude. Their quality of product was decent, but it's not worth the hassle to deal with their lack of customer service again. more
