My company at one time used Best Imaging Solutions, I am so glad they stopped. They have got to be the worst reprographics / printing place in Chicago. The quality of the their black and white prints was bad most of the time. We received prints that were faded over and over again. Also we would get a prints back with mistakes in binding all the time. This is why we stopped using them. They promise a fast turn around and rarely met our deadlines. When we would call to check on our order we were greeted with people who didn't know what they were talking about and really just seemed to have no clue as to what was going on.
