Bellini Juvenile Designer Furn

I bought a co-sleeper after coming in to this store many times. I quickly learned that they were out of stock and had to order one for me. I since recieved one as a gift from an out of town relative. I called to ask for a refund to my credit card as I hadn't recieved it yet. An older man and woman own the store and upon calling the man told me that he ordered 2 for inventory and 1 for me and didn't want to take it back. Of course, he had to ask his wife and call me back. His wife called me back and lied about not stocking the item after her husband already told me it was a stocked item. She offered to take it back but only for store credit or a 20% restocking fee. VERY BAD BUSINESS, needless to say I will shop elsewhere, from honest people. Their inventory is also overpriced as I found the same items cheaper elswhere. Pros: Mother-to-be Parking, Very cute inventory. Cons: The owners of this store practice VERY BAD BUSINESS and inventory is overpriced. more

wow! i learned alot! this being my first child i was totally overwhelmed, bellini at least made buying my crib easy. there are alot of different options but the staff worked with me from crib finishes to glider fabrics. when i came they had a great sale. i normally dont write these reviews but they helped me so much that i would really suggest going there to any soon to be parents!
