Bel Fiore Bridal and Special Occasion Salon

I just helped my sister buy a wedding dress here. We originally were going to ""get some ideas"" and then have a dress made. We arrived to the salon with five people, including an antsy 3-yr-old. The salesperson immediately got the wedding fundamentals from my sister in a relaxed, friendly interview, and we began trying on dresses immediately. They had a great balance between letting us pull things and suggesting things themselves. Most importantly, they never strayed outside our budget comfort zone, and there was zero pressure to buy. Only a wonderful salesperson asking my sister ""What did you like? What didn't you like?"" She was amazing. In the end, my sister fell in love with a gown far under her budget, and purchased it the next day! They even threw in a wonderful package of wedding goodies (free veil, free earrings, etc). We went to a much more swanky place later that day, and were horribly disappointed by the snobby attitude and the cold atmosphere. Bel Fiore really is the best game in town! more

even though appointments are required i was a walk-in & was helped right away. they were very busy, but managed to squeeze me in. i found a few dresses i really liked, but ended up loveing one. i decided to order my dress that day, b/c of the great special they were having. when you buy your dress here you get discounts on other wedding vendors, & so far, I have booked 2 of them! what a great perk for buying your dress from here. check them out! The reviews impressed me but boy was a wrong. I walk in 15 minutes early and NO ONE is at the front desk so I sit and wait thinking the woman with a bride in the dressing room was the only worker. 10 minutes later a woman comes in and someone runs from the back. I stand up and let them know my time and that I was first. The other had no appointment but ""called to let them know she was coming in"". The lady goes to the back and grabs an employee who comes up and takes the woman with NO appointment. 10 minutes past my time the woman that came in after me leaves and instead of finally getting waited on the lady comes to the front desk, prints something, ignores me, and walks to the back where I never saw her again. Once again I'm left waiting with 2 employees doing NOTHING. 30 minutes past my time the bride originally there leaves and that sells person comes to me. NEVER apologizes to me and rudely lets me know I was early and the other bride was past her time. Apparently being 15 minutes early is a crime. Either way my appointment was 30 minutes ago so being early had nothing to do with it. The attitude from this lady was disgusting. I couldn't even look at the dresses because I was so upset with how i was being treated. Eventually I lied that i liked a dress she picked out just so I could go. I was wanting to cry. If I didn't live an hour and half away I would've left once the person that came in after me was taken back but I do live far away. I already had my dress but was shopping for a veil. Had a great experience at Bel Fiore. I was a little nervose at first seeing as they knew I was not making a huge dress purchase w/ them how I would be treated...but the girls here were great! Very patient as it was a hard decision...BUT I found the perfect veil! And it looks like it was made for that dress and made for me! Very satisfied! Pros: Found my veil!! more

Found my dress here. David's was horrible. I felt like I was invisable. At Bel Fiore's I loved their decor and they made me feel really great being there. This is what the experience is supposed to feel like. Ive been on a bridal cloud since my proposal and I enjoy being catered to. Its sooo selfish (hehe) and you know what Im entitled since Im getting married and have never had treatment like this before anywhere else. lol No, Im not a abusive Bridezilla. After hearing many horror stories about David's Bridal, I vowed not to shop there for my dress or my bridesmaids dresses. I looked up bridal boutiques in Atlanta and visited Bel Fiore a few weeks ago in search for my dress. As soon as I stepped in the door, I knew this was where I'd find my dress. I love their intimate setting. My mom and I got the best treatment while we were there. When I went for my appointment last week I found my dress! They also told me about their online store. This has been so convenient for me - I've already chosen by bridesmaid dresses. All of them live out of town, so their ability to order them from the same location and have the dresses shipped to them is great. I don't have to do a thing! I've been looking for a place that can accomodate our needs and Bel Fiore has it covered. \r They really want to make planning my wedding the best experience for me and they've done it! This shop offered the most beautiful gowns all at a price point that was friendly to anyones budget. Their selection was vast and the sales team was so helpful!! I had been looking for ""THE"" dress for a while and other bridal boutiques in Atlanta were not cutting it --prices were too high or the service SUCKED. The ladies at Bel Fiore were warm, friednly and were genrally happy to see the look on my face when i finally found the perfect dress. I would totally recommend any bride to at least drop-in as I did. They might walk aways with their dream dress! Pros: Best prices and customer service in the Metro Atlanta area more

After many bridal appointments, I ended up at Bel Fiore and was so refreshed with their customer service and selection of wedding dresses. Their staff was so helpful and nice to me and my mom on that crazy day. It was a relaxed atmosphere and they really made me feel important - like I was a princess. My consultant was very patient and when another appointment cancelled, she allowed me to take their time and shop for my perfect dress. I was really impressed with the unbeatable prices and quality at Bel Fiore. I can't wait for the arrival of my gown and the day I get to walk down the aisle in it. I visited Bel Fiore the week after Christmas, although they were extremely busy I still felt like I was the only one in the store. I was so excited (i just got engaged on Christmas), but b/c we want to have a June wedding had to hurry up with the planning. I purchased my beautiful gown & have an appointment for their next veil and headpiece trunk show. Can't wait to see what I'll get.\r i recommend Bel Fiore. I made an appointment to come in this weekend to look for my dress with my mom. Bel Fiore was a breath of fresh air because of their wonderful service. Compared to other stores, my consultant Rachel, actually listened to my needs and I really felt comfortable there. She never made me feel like ""just another bride"" the entire time I was there. I'm so happy and I can't wait to tell all of my friends to visit their store too. My dress is gorgeous! :) more

this store is great. when i first walked in, everything looked really nice, and i really didn't think that i could afford much of what they carry. my consultant showed me around and worked with my budget, which turned out to be better than i thought! all of their dresses are very reasonably priced! everyone there was helpful and it didn't matter that i didn't want to spend a lot, they still wanted me to be happy. thank you. I am recently married (8/2/08!) and I want to tell everyone how wonderful this store was for me while I was planning for my big day. Bel Fiore was on my list of stores to visit before I made my decision on my gown, and I'm so glad that we took the time to visit. The girls in the store helped me pick my dream wedding dress and they helped me with my 6 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, and even the tuxes for the guys. Everyone looked amazing and we couldn't have gotten more compliments! I always loved stopping in the store because the girls were always so nice and made me feel at home. \r Thanks to all of the girls at Bel Fiore, especially Rachel, for taking such good care of us!
