I stopped by Bel Fiore on my way home from work and fell in love with a dress! I brought my mom back with me the next day and she loved it, too, so that the one! They made this experience so easy and they were very helpful in giving me lots of info about the process for the next 6 months. Bel Fiore is a modern, customer service oriented boutique with beautiful gowns. Designer dresses at reasonable prices are offered in a bridal market where this does not really exist. The service is excellent and the selection of gowns is vast. Bel Fiore is the answer for the modern bride who wants a designer dress at a reasonable price. They always have specials running each month. I purchased a gorgeous mermaid fit wedding gown with lace overlay at a GREAT price and received a discount on my bridesmaid dresses. If you are recently engaged you NEED to go to Bel Fiore if you have good taste, expect superb service and want a designer gown at a price that is within reason. we visited bel fiore this weekend & was pleasantly surprised. we didn't have any appointment & they allowed us to try on dresses anyway. it was really busy so we had to wait a bit but didn't mind b/c they were so nice. i found several dresses i liked so we made an appointment to go back this week to make a decision, can't wait. I went to Bel Fiore not expecting to find my dress that day but I ended up finding the perfect one. They had tons for me to try on and all of them were different than any other store I have been to! I ended up finding a unique dress by St. Pucchi that was just what I was looking for. They made things really easy and I left happy! more

I am new to the area and after reading Bel Fiore's awesome reviews on this website, I decided I had to make an appointment there to look for my dress. I am so glad that I did... I ordered my dress this past weekend! \r I'm so excited about the dress and the time I spent at their store, I had to share it with you guys. This store is great! They have great dresses at great prices and were very helpful throughout my appointment. They even recommended a few venues for me to look at (again, I'm clueless, I just moved here!). I just wanted to say that I am very happy with Bel Fiore Bridal. My wedding date is July 19th, and I am very excited that the dress I wanted, I got! It's so beautiful. Rachel, the owner of Bel Fiore, and the employees are wonderful and helped me with anything I needed. The store is beautiful, and the customer service is outstanding. Wow. Bel Fiore went above and beyond to make sure that my gown was exactly what I wanted. I made a mistake and insisted on a smaller size than what Rachel measured. When it came it, IT WAS TOO SMALL!!! I guess I learned my lesson. In my fitting, Rachel saw that it was too small and contacted the designer, Lili Isaac, and was able to get a replacement for me. THANK YOU RACHEL!!! The new gown was rush delivered and I was able to have alterations done in time for my wedding. \r \r Anyone that gives a negative review of this salon must either be INSANE or a BRIDEZILLA!!! I had the most amazing experience at Bel Fiore Bridal! I have been back many times after my first appointment (in which I purchased my gown) & have had nothing but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!\r Everytime I call they are so polite and friendly and my consultant always remembers who I am and what I have purchased. I would highly recommend Bel Fiore to any of my friends and family. Bel Fiore has a wonderful selection of gowns as well as bridesmaids and accessories.\r I also purchased my bridesmaid dresses from Bel Fiore Bridal & all of my bridesmaids have has a wonderful experience as well. I had visited several stores before I walked into Bel Fiore Bridal. I tried many gowns and I was a little confused. I got great shopping experience in Bel Fiore Bridal. They helped me pick up my dream gown. The stuff gave me 100% undivided attention while I was at my appointment. They are very knowledgeable about cuts, fabric, designers, color, etc. Their professional knowledge helped me understand my boday and how to dress myself to the best. I didn't get such service from any other store! Later on their seamtress did a fabulous job on my gown too! I also bought my bridesmaid dress from the store. I had 9 bridesmaids and they were all over the place. They called everybody and put every order together. At the same time they always kept me posted on the status of my order. After a nightmare experience of rudeness at Bride Beautiful when trying to get fitted for a bridesmaid's dress a few months after my engagement, I was NOT looking forward to wedding dress shopping. I kept putting it off until my friend started freaking out, saying I was never going to GET a dress in time! So I begrudgingly made a few appts at bridal salons. \r Had a GREAT time trying on dresses I could never afford at Bridals by Lori... the runway is definitely an experience everyone should have. But the people were totally impersonal, and I didn't have $5K for a dress, so that was really just for the fun of it. \r Went to a few more salons and wasn't finding anything I liked when we literally stumbled across Bel Fiore. Had an appt at a bridal shop down the street that turned out to be horrible, and I said, ""Hey, let's check out that place over there."" Walked in on a Saturday afternoon when they were having a Winnie Couture trunk show and spotted THE DRESS. The store was slammed, but I begged Carrie to let me try it on really fast without an appt. I was starting to strip down at the counter, when she agreed to give me five minutes in the dressing room. The dress was FABULOUS. I made an appt to come back in a few hours when they had an opening, and I knew it was the one! \r Carrie was awesome and helped me coordinate with the rep for Winnie to make a few changes to the gown. I got free veil & shoes as part of their anniversary promotion, too! The alterations lady did not do a spectacular job the first go-round... but the store paid to have them re-done and they turned out perfect. Who knew someone with no chest could hold up such a heavy strapless gown? :) \r The store does not have an enormous selection, for sure, but the stuff they do have is gorgeous. I am thrilled that they actually made dress shopping ENJOYABLE. I definitely recommend Bel Fiore, and have heard great things back from people I sent there. I just started shopping for my bridal gown this past weekend. I went to Bel Fiore first & found the perfect gown. I did go to the rest of my appts for that day but ended back up at Bel Fiore to purchase my gown.\r Also I have to mention that my wedding is in January & although that does not leave me time to order my dress, Bel Fiore accommodated me and sold me a gown right off the floor. I went to several bridal stores in the Atlanta area & in Nashville and Bel Fiore by far was the best. My consultant was very knowledgeable & helpful. She helped me choose my beautiful Lili Isaac gown and accessories. Well I'm surprised to read those posts... I've been in Bel Fiore many times. I got my gown there, then they offered me an awesome special on my bridesmaid dresses, so I went back to order them there too. After that, they gave me another great deal on tuxedos, so I was able to get everything in one place, PLUS at a GREAT price. \r I highly recommend Bel Fiore and believe that their store and staff are wonderful!!! I found my dream dress here on my first trip. I tried to go to other shops after finding this one to see if I found anything else. I kept comparing the first dress with all the others. I found one similar at a designer's shop, but the service was horrible and the dress was more expensive. I came back to Bel Fiore and got my dress, veil and bridesmaids dresses! Who knows, maybe I'll find more after its all over, but one thing is for sure, they have the best customer service. You'll feel that the sales ladies are like one of your bridesmaids. I started my gown shopping 9 months before my wedding date (5/19/2007 woohoo!). I shopped around many of the big name salons in the area only to be disappointed by stuffiness and pressure of the salespeople. I had heard from a friend of mine at work that Bel Fiore was a cool little salon right outside of Atlanta so I decided to go. When I got there I was pleasantly greeted by Rachel (my consultant) and noticed that this salon was a lot different than the others I had been to. Rachel asked me some details about my wedding day and proceeded to show me around the salon. I must admit, whoever designed this store has great taste!!! :) I tried on a few gowns and like a few, but Rachel suggested one that I hadn't picked out and I tried it on and loved it. I was going to wait for me family to see the gown, but I knew they would be happy with whatever I got anyway. Thanks RACHEL!!!\r \r All the samples I tried on were in amazing condition and the store was very clean and organized. The sales staff all seemed very friendly. They had a very good variety of gowns in the store. \r \r The bridesmaid selection was excellent. I didn't get a chance to look though them completely, but I will at my appointment next week. Bel Fiore gives an excellent discount to my bridesmaids since I bought my gown there.\r \r I think that all brides should go to Bel Fiore before they decide on a gown. Brides will be happy when they see the great selection of quality gowns and amazing customer service that Bel Fiore provides. I went to Bel Fiore bridal on a whim, after having an 'underwhelming' experience at both Bridals by Lori and New Natalie's. My immediate impression of the salon was that it was bright and well organized and the dresses looked very well taken care of; the selection of dresses was modern and sophisticated. The sales associate who was assigned to help me, Carrie, took very good care of making sure I felt well taken care of, which felt really nice. The store is layed out very well and while their selection is really great, it's not overwhelming so it's relatively easy to pinpoint what you're looking for and what you want to try on. I ended up finding a beautiful dress that will be perfect for my destination wedding. After deciding this was ""the"" dress I learned it was 50% off as part of their anniversary sale, so I got my silk charmeuse gown, (which was similar to dresses I tried on at other salons that had a $4000 price tag) for less than $1000. I must say Bel Fiore carries some great bridal lines at reasonable prices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon to friends and colleagues.
