I have always used balloonsfast for balloons fast, until I placed my last order and UPS lost my package! The service agent at BalloonsFAST ""Gerald"" basically over talked me in conversation. continuously lied about contacting UPS because every time I checked with them right after I spoke with them, UPS advised he NEVER contacted them about my package. My last communication with him on March 30, 2012 He advised me that ""There is an open investigation with UPS should be closed next week and refund will be issued to your form of payment once ups insurance does complete investigation and decides"" .. I called today at 5:17 and after answering the phone he advised me that there office was closed for business hours and would not open again until 4/17. WTF.. His customer service SUCKS and he WILL NEVER GET my business or my clients business EVER again!!! more

I ordered some balloons from your website for my Daughter's Wedding of which i needed in a hurry because i was leaving out of country by Monday and couldn't find the size I needed so u was my last resource because 5"" and 9"" balloons was so hard to find and also the color i needed was hard to find too. I was so i pleased i got all the balloons i needed in just 2 DAYS , so sorry i didnt see your site sooner...thank u so much..... more

There was an error on my shipment, and it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of making me wait for UPS to correct the issue, within 3 minutes -- literally -- they emailed me a replacement tracking number and shipped me a new order so that they could deal with UPS on their own time. Best customer service I have ever received. Pros: They aren't kidding when they say FAST more
