I have always used balloonsfast for balloons fast, until I placed my last order and UPS lost my package!
The service agent at BalloonsFAST ""Gerald"" basically over talked me in conversation. continuously lied about contacting UPS because every time I checked with them right after I spoke with them, UPS advised he NEVER contacted them about my package. My last communication with him on March 30, 2012 He advised me that ""There is an open investigation with UPS should be closed next week and refund will be issued to your form of payment once ups insurance does complete investigation and decides"" .. I called today at 5:17 and after answering the phone he advised me that there office was closed for business hours and would not open again until 4/17. WTF.. His customer service SUCKS and he WILL NEVER GET my business or my clients business EVER again!!!
