There was an error on my shipment, and it was delivered to the wrong address. Instead of making me wait for UPS to correct the issue, within 3 minutes -- literally -- they emailed me a replacement tracking number and shipped me a new order so that they could deal with UPS on their own time. Best customer service I have ever received.
