Auto Parts warehouse is a good site and gives the convenience to buyers. You can easily navigate on their site, gives you the information you need. The delivery was on time and in good condition. I have read some reviews that gave negative comments about the refund, haven't experienced this one because they always give me what I need. I will still recommend it to friends and relatives. more

A totally different experience. 6/1/2007

I've been purchasing products online for quite some time but I experience a lot of problems. Recently I need to purchase a air filter for my car, and that was the first time I ordered car parts online. First, I tried to look for different websites and compare them with each other. I end up purchasing my air filter at Auto Parts Warehouse. I easily found what I was looking for and there are different variety that I could choose from. I purchased it and wait it to arrive at my home Waited a couple of days but when the 3rd day came, I still did not receive the air filters that I ordered. I call their customer service to verify when I will receive my order. The agent that answered my call knows that I'm frustrated but then he remained calm and explained to me why is it that my order did not arrived on time. After that he assured me that I will be receiving it tomorrow. I waited and I already received the air filters that I ordered the next morning. I tried to check on the product and it is in good condition, installed it on my car and it worked well. Maybe we really cannot avoid this circumstances that are happening like the one I encountered with Auto Parts Warehouse and other on-line stores that I've gone through, but then, for me, what is important is the great customer service that they give and the quality of products that they have (even though you really cannot see it physically) like the one that I experienced with this company, Auto Parts Warehouse. Totally different and a nice experience as well. more

I'm sure that one of the reason why you order from auto parts warehouse.com is because we value our time, right? and instead of buying directly from a local auto parts store we choose to buy on our computer through the power of web and then dialing a toll-free number, right? Yes, I ended up buying something from Auto Parts Warehouse.com because I value my time and energy of going out and exposing myself to others, the experience of buying a performance part for my Aston Martin last April 23, 2007 is not that excellent or not that worse, it's average especially on the part where they cannot find my records in their database they took 15 minutes of my time just to find my order, But the agent has a sense of urgency and she know that I am losing my patience because of the time consuming retrieval of my records. If not for the agent and the quality customer service I would have gone and canceled my order. The Customer Service experience is above average and the rest is history. more

I am very particular in ordering on-line so once I know what will I purchase from them, I always call their customer service hot line and double check if I am getting the correct products that I need. Few weeks back I needed some parts for my car so I tried to search on the net to look for the car parts that I need at affordable prices. Tried to look on the website that first appeared on the search engine and for me, that was the website I'm looking for, did not have a hard time to look for the part that I need for my car. After I've found the parts that I'm looking, I called their customer service to double check if the part I'm ordering is correct. The agent explained to me everything and assured me that everything would be fine. The car parts came on-time and the products are in good condition and what I expected I'm really satisfied with their service and their products that they have. I hope the next time I purchase on this website would be also this great! more

Sharing some insights with Auto Parts Warehouse 5/29/2007

I was in need of some car parts specifically some brake and clutch parts. Tried to search google for some websites that offers the car parts that I need for my ride and tried to click on the first one which is the website of Auto Parts Warehouse. I did not go to any other website and the reason behind this is that I easily found the things I need to fix my car. I find the prices affordable and they the deliver the parts on time. When my mechanic already installed the things that I purchased, It definitely fit on my car. If ever I would need to buy some car parts or accessories I would go back to this site. more

I find that AutoPartsWarehouse is a great way for consumers to find deals on car merchandises. I have also had bad experience on AutoPartsWarehouse out of more than 20 buying and selling. I would recomend this site to others and will continue to shop there myself more

Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just read the letter i had to send, and they still tell me i have to pay to return the parts and get my money back April 27, 2007 Auto Parts Ware House Attn: Complaint & Shipping Departments www.autopartswarehouse.com Re: Unsatisfactory Service on Orders #:2898268, 2973286 And 2979678 To Whom This May Concern, My name is xxxxxxxxxxx and I’ve been a customer of your company for a couple of years now. But, I write this letter with the outmost disgust with regards to your latest customer service and lack of efficiency and accuracy with your orders. In my entire life I’ve yet to see such disregard for a customer. This entire ordeal all began on Wednesday, March 28, 2007. I placed order number 2898268, which consists of a set of rotors and a set of brake pads. On the same date, I received an e-mail confirmation verifying my order and that BOTH items ordered were being shipped. I had no reason to not trust nor doubt said e-mail confirmation for your company had proven itself to be reliable with past orders. However, my assertions in your reliance were soon to be proven wrong. A couple of weeks later I received the shipment with just a set of rotors, no brake pads. I immediately called your customers service and spoke to more than one of your sale’s representative, who said not worry because since all orders are not scheduled to be shipped at the same time, they were for sure that I was to get the parts missing soon. Another week passed by and I was still waiting for a shipping confirmation completing the order, but that never happened. Thus, I called once more and spoke to David, one of your sale representatives. David advised me that the set of brake pads were out of stock and in back order. I explained the importance of me receiving my brake pads for my car was in great need of the same, he said that he would need to speak to his supervisor to see what your company would be able to do for me at that point. After being on hold for twenty (20) minutes, David returned to the line and explained that after consulting with his supervisor and explaining my situation, that they concluded that best suggestion would be for me to place another order for an available set of brake pads and to cancel my original order in order to expedite me getting the brake pads sooner. In addition, he said that he would personally follow up on my refund from the original order that at that moment had to be canceled. I agreed with David’s suggestions and placed another order, order #:2973286, number he gave me during the phone transaction. However, after a week since placing the second order went by and I had yet to receive any order or shipping confirmation from your company, I began to worry and thus initiated another call to your customer service. This time, I spoke to your sales representative Luis. Luis informed me that there was no previous order placed under my account for order #:2973286 and thus he suggested to ONCE AGAIN, placing ANOTHER order for the same item, my set of brake pads. Thus, a third order was placed, order # 2979678 and again he would follow up on the refund for the money I paid for the set of pads I ordered originally, which was being replaced on this new order. I’ve been so frustrated and having to explain this awful story to each of your sales representative each time I call because of your screw-ups just makes this situation excruciating. Does your company not practice proper record keeping? Why aren’t the numerous times I’ve called being recorded in your computer log-notes? Not for just the costumer’s sake for better yet for YOURS? Not only is your company’s incompetence to take, keep and track an order utterly unbearable, but my brakes were in the worst condition that they had ever been. Never once has my brakes had gone to this point. I was scared to drive my own car for I might of being putting not just my own life but the lives of my family in danger. And for such circumstances, I had only your company’s lack of skills to blame, it had been almost a month since my original order had been placed and yet I found myself with no brake pads, no refund for the original brake pads order canceled and I was at my third order. And, if such pending ordeal is not enough, on Wednesday, April 25 I received a set of pads that didn’t match the most recent order placed but they matched the original order that supposedly was canceled and the refund was being taken care of. So, I called your company once more and spoke to Michelle. She told me that there was no problem, that all I need was to call UPS and tell them that I refuse the package and to pick up that box and send it back to your warehouse. In order for me to realize that it was not the last set of pads that I ordered I had to open the box, reason why UPS wouldn’t take back the package. So, UPS suggested that I call you to request that you directly call them to schedule a pick for that box. Reason why I called your company again and one of your representatives said that needed to be approved by a customer service supervisor so he would file a request for that purpose. And that I need to call customer service directly 24 hours later to get the information I needed. Before those twenty four hours passed on Thursday, April 26 2007 before noon, I received the new set of brake pads that I ordered with number 2979678 so I went to do the brake job and during this process my mechanic called me in to inform me that I got a set of rotors that does not match my car… they are a little bigger and the screw holes don’t match the car’s holes…(they were picked on your website from the list that supposedly matches my car’s specifications) Being cleared that I got a set of pads that your employees should have canceled and a set of rotors that didn’t match the specifications that your website assures I’m demanding not only my refund for order number 2898268 but also the labels for the packages to be sent back to your warehouse. There is so much a person can tolerate before exercising their rights to be legally represented. I sure hope it does not come to those means. Please have someone with authority to make adequate decisions, such as a supervisor, contact me at once in order to resolve this tragic turn of events. Please govern yourself accordantly xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx more

Don't use AutoPartsWarehouse.com 4/26/2007

This company guarantees the "right product - quickly" and also match prices. From the front page, it sounds like a good deal - However - buyer beware!!! I recently placed an order with them. The had the best price and even beat their competitor by over 10%. However, when they sent the shipment to USP, USP notified them that the box was empty. When I inquired, I was told that I had two options (1) place a second order, i.e. send them the money again or (2) wait until the "investigate" the situation which will take up to 45 days at which time they will refund my money which will take another 4-5 weeks. I have called the company numerous times and have been given wrong information more than once. One clerk went as far as to tell me that my new shipment had been shipped out three days prior. A follow up check with UPS and AutoPartsWarehouse proved that no shipment had been processed at all. The company will not return any of my calls. All emails promised to me to update me on the situation have never been received by me. Any request to speak to an upper management person have been responded to by saying that there are no managers on site or available, and today when I asked for names of top executives in charge of departments, I was told that the agent was not allowed to give out any name but her own. Nothing this company has given me sounds like a legit company. Tell your friends, buyer beware, this is definitely the wolf in the sheep's clothes. If I can find a place to report this business to the Internet better business bureau (don't know if this exists), I will definitely pass on this information. THIS IS A VERY SHADY ORGANIZATION!!! more
