Definitely a site worth a try. Tried it on a whim when I was skimping on parts for my daughter's car (haha) but turned out to be a good gamble. Have rock bottom prices for quality parts that kept my daughter's car running at its best. more

i never been much in fond of shopping online, with all the news of online business scams and other risky stuff.. but this online shop made me trust more online shopping sites. they have a great selection on auto parts, even hard-to-find stuff are there and i didnt even have to make a call to their live help to complete my purchase! more

Mistakes are part of SUCCESS 6/23/2007

The side mirror of my Volkswagen Jetta got broken so I had to replace them immediately. I ordered in Auto Parts Warehouse since it is where I usually order my car parts. For the first time, they delivered my order three days late. I was quite disappointed. Yet, they were very apologetic. They personally sent me an email, apologizing for what had happened. And, other than that, I received a discount coupon for my next purchase. It was so nice of them to do that. not all online shopping do that. I guess it's one of their secrets why they are successful. They are treating their customers fairly. more

They still make up for their mistake 6/22/2007

Tired of hearing squeaking sound on my brakes, so finally after weeks of being busy, I got some time to purchase a new brake pads for my ride. Purchasing of it was easy because I've been shopping on-line a few years already because for me it is more convenient. The problem is that if they would ship the right product and is it an on-time delivery. I'm already thinking that the delivery of the product might be late and it is. I've experience this to almost every on-line retailers of car parts. But the good thing here is that, when I received the product that I ordered, it was on its good condition and fit perfectly on my car. more

as a car enthusiast, i want to ensure that what im buying is of the best quality, because my cars only deserve the best. i bought a exhaust system, using a coupon here at judy's book and man, everything's sweet after since. i couldnt believe the customer service they have given me, i really felt like i was a king! and the reps in their company knew what was their business. i had a bad experience on communicating with the reps because they do not know what parts am i talking about, but here, they know and they serve you real well. i will never regret buying for auto parts warehouse. more

I have a bad experience with Auto Parts Warehouse last year when the parts that I've ordered for my Honda CR-V were not the ones that I'd expected to and since then I vowed and promise myself that I'll never purchase anything from them but, everything changed when my Dad ordered me to purchase a Volvo Tune Up Parts for his Volvo XC70 and I have no choice but to order again with Auto Parts Warehouse (at that time I didn't know that there is this JC Whitney and Auto Anything) I was amaze and surprise about their service and I got to admit that the service really works, their Live Help was really helpful and the website really helped me a lot in choosing the right car parts for my dad's car, and the best part of all, they delivered the correct tune up parts!!! more

Fabulous customer service 6/6/2007

I ordered my radiator in this site and the product was delivered to me in a good condition. I recall that when I placed my order, I had a hard time in their site. I assumed then that what I'm doing was a risk. I called their number and I was attended to nicely. I learned that their system was down that time but they are solving the problem. So I placed my order via a phone call. I never regret buying my car parts here. The service is okey and the prices are affordable. more

I have an old Volkswagen car and I want it to look good! Like modify some stuff on it. Tried to ask my friend some help on what are the things we need to do about it. After we finalize what we would do for my car I started to browse on the internet on where I would purchase those products. Went to this Auto Parts Warehouse website and I easily found the parts that I need. The prices they have are also affordable for me. The delivery was a little bit late, maybe because I ordered a lot of parts but then, the parts are in good condition as well as good quality! Nice one! more

I've purchased some brake pads and brake rotors for my Toyota Corolla from them. First, I asked some friends where are they getting their parts and they told me to browse to the net and try to look for autopartswarehouse.com. I found the site and it's quite interesting and I haven't experienced any difficulties in looking for the parts I need, actually I added some accessories with the ordering. The representatives are nice and they make sure that I got all the informations I wanted. The prices are quite expensive but as I have seen the products on the net, it looks good really. The deliveries reached 7days but the products are in good condition. Nice service they got. I'll try to get all my parts with them anytime I need some. I'll also recommend the company to friends and relatives. more
