Item Purchased: 2002 Aston Martin DB7 - Performance Monitor Date of Purchase: April 22, 2007 Time of Purchase: 02:08PM CST Mode of Payment: Credit Card (American Express) I'm sure many of us will agree that auto parts have numerous affiliate websites, Right? I'm sure that one of the reason why you order from auto parts is because we value our time, right? and instead of buying directly from a local auto parts store we choose to buy on our computer through the power of web and then dialing a toll-free number, right? Yes, I ended up buying something from Auto Parts because I value my time and energy of going out and exposing myself to others, the experience of buying a performance part for my Aston Martin last April 23, 2007 is not that excellent or not that worse, it's average especially on the part where they cannot find my records in their database they took 15 minutes of my time just to find my order, But the agent has a sense of urgency and she know that I am losing my patience because of the time consuming retrieval of my records. If not for the agent and the quality customer service I would have gone and canceled my order. The Customer Service experience is above average and the rest is history. more
