I've been purchasing products online for quite some time but I experience a lot of problems.
Recently I need to purchase a air filter for my car, and that was the first time I ordered car parts online. First, I tried to look for different websites and compare them with each other. I end up purchasing my air filter at Auto Parts Warehouse. I easily found what I was looking for and there are different variety that I could choose from. I purchased it and wait it to arrive at my home
Waited a couple of days but when the 3rd day came, I still did not receive the air filters that I ordered. I call their customer service to verify when I will receive my order. The agent that answered my call knows that I'm frustrated but then he remained calm and explained to me why is it that my order did not arrived on time. After that he assured me that I will be receiving it tomorrow.
I waited and I already received the air filters that I ordered the next morning. I tried to check on the product and it is in good condition, installed it on my car and it worked well.
Maybe we really cannot avoid this circumstances that are happening like the one I encountered with Auto Parts Warehouse and other on-line stores that I've gone through, but then, for me, what is important is the great customer service that they give and the quality of products that they have (even though you really cannot see it physically) like the one that I experienced with this company, Auto Parts Warehouse.
Totally different and a nice experience as well.
