From friendly service to fair prices, this shop has offered everything that I need to make me a repeat customer. I'm definitely going back.

I am an hvac technician and when I do repairs my company waives diagnostic fees. A repair that could have been done for 100 bucks cheaper would've ensured my return service. Howe...

Great old fashioned service 1/11/2014

I had a slow leak in a tire that Dave fixed in about 15 minutes. They even have a little family owned cafe adjacent to the shop, so you're not stuck drinking tepid coffee looking at two year old copies of Popular Mechanics. I'm going to start going there for all my repairs and maintenance more

Great place, they give recommendations but are not pushy. They are on time. They help by giving you reminders and they have a quaint café where you can wait while they service the car more

Great first time experience. 11/16/2013

The place was busy and I felt welcomed. I needed a belt tightened. By the time I got a cup of coffee and a couple of sips they were done. Easy fix? I don't hear that annoying squeaking anymore! more

Awesome 11/11/2013

Dave got me in the same day that I called. Quick oil change for a very reasonable price. Very friendly and gave me a heads up that all of my fluids were low. Didn't try to sell me anything additional, tell me I needed anything extra, etc. I'm new to Houston, and this is definitely my new mechanic! more

Electrical problems... 11/7/2013

Brought my car in late in the day and offered to give me a ride home as they had to keep the car overnight. Response regarding the results of diagnostics was right on time the next day! And even came to pick me up! All of my questions, and then some were answered. Will be returning to give them my business! more

What else can i say these guys rock!!!!! The Auto Doc has always given me the best service at great prices. You can try shopping around yourself and you'll see what i mean they use quality parts and are still able to be competitive with other shops and most of the time beat their prices and you know you aren't getting ripped off with shoddy parts and bad workmanship. I would give The Auto Doc 5 stars these guys are the best. Thanks guys for always being the best around!!! more
