Leak in ceiling 8/16/2016

This was the third visit by American Mechanical to find the source of a leak in my ceiling. My service pro was Jon S. and I have to say he went above and beyond to try and find the source of the leak. He was determined, patient, and even jovial, which helped diffuse some of the frustration we were feeling over the situation. I can't say for certain if the problem is completely resolved but I do know that American Mechanical will do everything in their power to try and make everything right. more

Jon is a very very pleasant and knowledgeable plumber. A great representative for your company! Even having to climb into a muddy crawl space to repair a leaky pipe didn't phase him a bit. His write up of the repairs completed was excellent - very helpful to the insurance adjuster. He also helped by suggesting a water remediation company to repair the damage the leaky pipe had caused inside the house. I would definitely ask American Mechanical to send him out to fix any plumbing problems at my house again in the future. more

Reliable Timing 8/2/2016

Chuck B. called 45 minutes out and then again when he was 5 minutes away. Better than sitting at home all afternoon. Helpful and friendly. Ordered the part and will be back tomorrow. more

Plumbing leak 7/24/2016

I called American Mechanical on Sunday morning about a leak that was discovered Saturday evening. I was immediately contacted by Eric Vetra, the plumber on call. He was at my home 30 minutes later! Eric was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why the leak occurred and everything he was doing to solve the issue. He was done in no time at all and I felt he had our best interest at heart. I definitely would recommend this company and service pro Eric V. more

Replace my 16 yr old system 6/17/2016

John Conaway and Joseph Moss did an excellent job providing three choices for replacement of my HVAC system. I hope the installation and future reliability of the system is a good as was presented. Big expense but I hope this is the last system I need. John and Joe are to be commended on their technical knowledge of the systems, analysis of the needs of my home and benefits of each alternative. more

Eric showed up early, was very professional and courteous. When we discovered that it would cost as much to repair all the components in my toilet as to get a new one, he went and got a new fixture , returned, installed it and cleaned up before the end of the original service window.... A winner! more

Yet another great experience with John from American Mechanical! We had our new Heat/AC unit installed a few months ago. Being older customers, we've had a lot of questions regarding our new unit and all the amazing things it can do. electrical repairs 4/20/2016

John was prompt and professional. I had a number of electrical outlets both inside and outside as well as a few light fixtures that had stopped working. All the problems were fixed quickly and inexpensively. John was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. This is my second dealing with American Mechanical and I will continue to call on them for my HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs. more

I am new to the area and its awesome to have a company like American Mechanical! They are reliable and great at what they do. The plumber that came out the first time was somewhat rude but the second time out they more than made up for it with sending us Eric Vetra. He had lots of knowledge and he was able to point the issues and fix the problem. Thank you for such great service Eric! more
