Tim quickly assessed the problem and efficiently repaired the issue. Prior to his arrival, I received a phone call with an ETA, which was met with precision. He had the necessary parts on his truck and quickly replaced the failing components preventing further damage. more

James was extremely thorough, more than professional and amiable this afternoon. After my thermostat pooped out, he went above and beyond to fix the polar ice cap of a glacier that had taken up residence inside of my a/c unit. Instead of just assessing the problem and telling me to wait the few hours until it melted, he asked for a bucket and started to scraping! Plumbing problem 11/3/2015

Eric V, American Mechanical, Inc Service Pro is the best plumber I've ever get in contact with. When I called to report the problem I was told that I may have to wait for 24 hrs. before somebody will contact me, To my surprise I was called Eric V and told me that he is available to come over and help me. About 15 minutes later he arrived and fix the problem in 10 minutes. What a super job done by this young man. Bravo Zulu. more

Prompt, courteous service 11/3/2015

I have been dealing with American Mechanical for 3 year+ now, and they have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient. We replaced our HVAC systems this year and they offered the best finance terms - the systems work well and are very efficient. Tech James has been to the home on a number of seasonal checks and always does a very thorough job. more

Fixed back up plumbing 11/2/2015

Chuck did everything he needed to do to fixed my backed up plumbing and told me to call for any problems . American mechanical also installed a water heater for us 6 years ago.thanks Chuck. more

Fall PM HVAC Check 10/25/2015

Chris C. did a fantastic job of checking air handler and all filter/vent areas on 3 floors and outside heat pumps x 2.He also explained why and what he was doing as well as some questions about proper thermostat setting for winter for a 3 story house with two handlers. more

Reliable and Professional 3/14/2011

American Mechanical was my third call to try to get my air conditioner fixed. They were reliable and finally fixed the problem. I would call them again in the future for any needs! more
