This was the third visit by American Mechanical to find the source of a leak in my ceiling. My service pro was Jon S. and I have to say he went above and beyond to try and find the source of the leak. He was determined, patient, and even jovial, which helped diffuse some of the frustration we were feeling over the situation. I can't say for certain if the problem is completely resolved but I do know that American Mechanical will do everything in their power to try and make everything right.
