Jon is a very very pleasant and knowledgeable plumber. A great representative for your company! Even having to climb into a muddy crawl space to repair a leaky pipe didn't phase him a bit. His write up of the repairs completed was excellent - very helpful to the insurance adjuster. He also helped by suggesting a water remediation company to repair the damage the leaky pipe had caused inside the house. I would definitely ask American Mechanical to send him out to fix any plumbing problems at my house again in the future.
