Excellence 3/25/2016

Joel was consulted because I wanted to bring the CSST line to our generator into compliance with new codes. He was very good at explaining what needed to be done and then arranged for an electrician to come out the same day to take care of it for me. I appreciate efficiency and he was a pleasure to deal with as well. more

I had 2 new Tranne 16xi outdoor replacement units installed and a coil replaced in a 3rd existing indoor unit. Unfortunately, the 2 new HVAC units were the wrong ones and Bobby quickly resolved the issue and drove to the warehouse and arrived back with the correct units. He still finished the job in the timeframe (9am to 5pm) he estimated and everything is working as they should. Bobby also answered a "ton" of questions by me while he was working so that I could educate myself on how the overall system works (4 separate zones). Bobby's customer service skills were excellent, extremely knowledgeable and readily expanded on his explanations based on my constant questioning. He has a great sense of humor also. An extremely satisfied customer during the installation process. I highly recommend Bobbie for any HAVC service. more

Superior Service 3/3/2016

Joel was on time , courteous, and listened to what I had to say prior to offering solutions. Had to leave my job to complete another but said he would return, He really did and in a timely fashion. Fast and Expedient 1/15/2016

Was in need of plumbing services (and getting sick of cold showers) and Chuck came through in nearly the same hour that the service request was put in by my property manager. He diagnosed the problem, did a few adjustments and the problem was resolved in less than twenty minutes. I don't do a lot of reviews for things but this one I felt I needed to do right away - Chuck was amazingly fast and professional and American Mechanical deserves more than the 5 stars I can rate them with. more

Removal of corroded copper plumbing and repipe with Pex 1/14/2016

American Mechanical did an excellent job of repiping my house, on time and for the fair estimated price. I called many plumbers in the area, and American Mechanical was the only company that wanted the work. more

Outstanding customer service by Tim 1/13/2016

Our electrician was a gentleman named Tim, I was unable to be home at the time of our service call but he assured me that he could identify our problem without me leaving work to move furniture. After examining the outlet and setup behind my entertainment center, he informed me it was a wiring issue and promptly corrected it. I've had issues with that outlet for 3 years and his expertise has saved me a massive headache. I will personally be requesting him for any service calls I may have in the future. He was prompt, professional, and very efficient. When i needed help immediately he managed to work his schedule to take care of me that day, instead of making me wait another 24 hours. more

Outstanding service 1/7/2016

Chuck Brinson from American Mechanical, Inc. performed a service for my outside water supply to my home. He showed up exactly on time and was extremely professional. His service on my water pipe was prompt and extremely efficient and I couldn't be happier with his performance. He was respectful, courteous and very helpful. He informed me of ways to help any future occurrences that might cause the same or other issues with my water supply and it was vey helpful. I highly recommend Chuck as a plumbing technician from this very helpful company. more

Repair of New Covenant Presbyterian exterior lighting 1/5/2016

All things considered regarding our construction period (July 2014 until April 2015) - specifically noting how our parking lot lights, building spot lights and our church sign lights had been affected, it was good to have Tim Martin and his helpers be able to get us back into shape - just in time by Christmas Eve service. It was not easy, since there had to be much digging required. Thankfully, it is done and hopefully will last for the next few decades. John G arrived 12/23/15 on schedule and proceeded to troubleshoot our problem which led to our outdoor Christmas display being off. He quickly identified the GFI outlet problem and recommended corrective action to prevent a reoccurrence in wet weather. Arrived quickly on a Friday evening with a great attitude. Did great work in two bathrooms in a timely manner. He also took The time to walk me through advice on smaller repairs that I can do myself. Fantastic service and an all around nice guy. Will ask for him again if needed. more
