Generator repair feedback 11/5/2016

Appreciate Tim listening to steps we already took to diagnose problem. He narrowed down the issue to 2 possible causes and was right on his first look. He also explained what he was doing and what he was looking for and I found the process to be very informational. Wish my 'fix' was less expensive but if my power goes out and my generator kicks in and runs as it is designed to do, it will be worth the money! more

Terrific Plumbing & People Skills 9/27/2016

I requested Jon S. to come back for second plumbing repair because he was so great the first time! He really knows his trade and is a wonderful person to talk with while on the job. He explains what he's doing in a way a layman can understand and is extremely patient when working out a difficult problem. That type of dedicated employee reflects positively on the whole American Mechanical team team. more

Happy with the service 9/26/2016

Chuck was great. He called ahead and showed when he said he would. He was very professional and personable. He was more worried about bringing in dirt than I was. Fixed my plumbing problem in a timely manner. Over all I was happy with the service, I wish the cost was less, but Chuck was great more

Great job! 9/15/2016

American Mechanical responded to an emergency repair service I needed at my home. Preston was dispatched, he came with 2 hours! He replaced a water valve fast and correct within 30 minutes ! He is a very professional worker and I would recommend American Mechanical to anyone needing pluming service! Thanks ! more

Sean, omg, was awesome! He showed up fast, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done! I've had another company come out previously, took them days to respond, they missed a scheduled date, then showed up last minute on the WRONG day! If I have a chance to request Sean from American Mechanical, personally, in the future, I will! And if all the employees of this company are anything like this guy, they're rockstars! more
