I called them to ask if they could recommend a repairman for a refrigerator. They asked if I had purchased the refrigerator from them. I was renting the house so I honestly could not say. They said since I could not confirm purchasing the refrigerator from them they could not recommend a repairman. Subsequently, I found out the refrigerator was in fact purchased from them. I think it stinks they would not help someone in need even if the appliance was not purchased from them. Cons: Bad service more

I purchased a front loading Frigidaire washer that was supposed to be energy efficient. It is not because one must literally wash the clothes 2 and three times with extra rinses with each was and still ordinary dirt and stains do not come clean. The mfg rebate was not forthcoming. I must wash my clothes at my daughters! Expensive linens have been ruined by uneven bleaching and even with the extra rinse cycle, clothes have irritating soap residue in them. Customer service was abrupt, rude, and no resolution was found even after letters were sent to Albert Lee, the manufacturer and the City of Seattle that gave the machine a star rating. We ordered a bunch of appliances from Albert Lee. Our sales rep Eric was extremely helpful and useful. They are extremely busy so be patient as they have limited staff to help people. They also are opened 7 days are week, but that means the sales reps takes day offs at odd days. Our sales rep took thurs to saturdays off. After purchasing and setting delivery dates, that's where a bit of headaches come to play. The delivery dept is totally separate and miscommunications that can happen. And instead of talking to just your sales rep about different delivery times, or rescheduling, you need to talk to a delivery rep who needs to dig up your files and/or might not know the exact discounts your sales rep has put in. Small inconveniences, but the appliances are wonderful. They also don't have any in house installers, they recommend installers instead.
