Review content:
I purchased a front loading Frigidaire washer that was supposed to be energy efficient. It is not because one must literally wash the clothes 2 and three times with extra rinses with each was and still ordinary dirt and stains do not come clean. The mfg rebate was not forthcoming. I must wash my clothes at my daughters! Expensive linens have been ruined by uneven bleaching and even with the extra rinse cycle, clothes have irritating soap residue in them. Customer service was abrupt, rude, and no resolution was found even after letters were sent to Albert Lee, the manufacturer and the City of Seattle that gave the machine a star rating. It does not wash clothes and there had been no accountability!
