Don’t take my word for it… Just try to call them. You get courtesy hung up on after 40 mins on hold. Once you eventually start working with them live it doesn’t get any better. ...

Easy alarm monitoring, excellent support for a first-timer! 4/23/2019

I had an existing alarm system that I was not happy with, I removed it and self-installed a Honeywell Lynx 7000 panel then changed over to Alarm Grid for monitoring. I set up the appointment online to have it activated with their monitoring service, which was unbelievably easy! Dylan called exactly when the time was scheduled at and then walked me through the procedure needed, which included getting some info he needed for the panel ID as well as some simple tests after the setup was completed to make sure the signals were going back and forth as they should. There were several emails with helpful info that Dylan sent as the process went along that also had the info I needed to file with my local PD for the alarm permits, too. Highly recommend these folks, they sell quality equipment and know what they are doing. more

Amazing team that know their stuff and are here to HELP! 4/8/2019

I had the pleasure of connecting with Bryce and I could not have asked for better customer service. I was closing on a property and transferring the account over - difficult you might think but not with Bryce and Alarm Grid. Bryce was awesome and did it all with one conversation and boom! Day of closing and I was up and running and we didn't skip a beat. Their service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for looking after us. more

I had researched many DIY alarm services (I'm in Canada), and found AlarmGrid through a review. I had tried other services (and returned them), and was a bit leery of trying another one. I'm glad that I did - AlarmGrid has been amazing. We arranged a time for system activation, and I had one of their reps on the phone at the time they had set up. We spent a good hour going through the entire system, and activating all the various sensors. One sensor was acting up, and their support team was calling an hour later to resolve the issue. I can't say enough about this team of people - definitely give them a try. You'll be happy with the results. more

I would truly recommend this company. They took the time to explain me my options, I was able to upgrade some equipment and now I am extremely satisfied, specially because of the help I got from Frank, he was a great agent who was able to help me with the rest of the setup to activate it. more

CMS Monitoring Setup 12/20/2018

Worked with Dillon at Alarm Grid to get my mother-in-law's new Lyric system monitored. Could not have been better! Dillon walked me through step by step. Smooth process. I highly recommend Alarm Grid! Been with them at my home for five years using CMS to monitor my system! Great service! more

Bryce was great, called and our activation kept getting interrupted, he completely understood. The entire process was done quick and painlessly. I saved about $1200 doing the alarm myself and monitoring with alarmgrid.. more

They are reliable, dependable, and responsive to supporting my needs. They stay ontop of technology to ensure capabilities are current with the latest and robust to keeping us safe. It was an easy transition moving from one state to another knowing that I can take my protection team along with my house hold belongings. I encourage anyone to try them. Activating our alarm system was fast, efficient, and stress free. They have plenty of online videos to help with installing your add-on sensors. The tech support team will walk you through everything over the phone if needed. I’m glad I switched to AlarmGrid. I’m happy with my Honeywell Lyric system. more
