I had an existing alarm system that I was not happy with, I removed it and self-installed a Honeywell Lynx 7000 panel then changed over to Alarm Grid for monitoring. I set up the appointment online to have it activated with their monitoring service, which was unbelievably easy! Dylan called exactly when the time was scheduled at and then walked me through the procedure needed, which included getting some info he needed for the panel ID as well as some simple tests after the setup was completed to make sure the signals were going back and forth as they should. There were several emails with helpful info that Dylan sent as the process went along that also had the info I needed to file with my local PD for the alarm permits, too. Highly recommend these folks, they sell quality equipment and know what they are doing.
