I had researched many DIY alarm services (I'm in Canada), and found AlarmGrid through a review. I had tried other services (and returned them), and was a bit leery of trying another one. I'm glad that I did - AlarmGrid has been amazing. We arranged a time for system activation, and I had one of their reps on the phone at the time they had set up. We spent a good hour going through the entire system, and activating all the various sensors. One sensor was acting up, and their support team was calling an hour later to resolve the issue. I can't say enough about this team of people - definitely give them a try. You'll be happy with the results.
