Custormer Service (Darrell Griffen) was very helpful with activating monitoring of our alarm system updated from a previous monitoring company to a new monitoring company. He was very patient with me throughout the process, taking me through each step and verifying. In addition, he answered questions at the end regarding the alarm system that i have. more

I am transitioning an old analog system. Being able to utilize the old analog sensors with a modern system like Lyric is perfect for me. The Alarm Grid people have been helpful at every turn. They have never rushed me and have always been patient. And their advice has always been spot on. more

Great Communications, Easy Setup 6/30/2020

My installation experience could not have gone more smoothly. AlarmGrid techs Jarrett and Dylan helped my choose and install my system. They took care of most of the setup remotely, over the network. I got quick and helpful answers to email questions. Don't hesitate to hire these guys! more

I wasn't sure how the experience would go working with an alarm company remotely but Alarm Grid is very organized, has their act together, was easy to work with and has excellent customer service! I would highly recommend them for anyone who's looking for a great alarm company to work with and will definitely be using them for any future needs! more

I just activated with alarm grid. The representative that I worked with was very professional and understanding. When I told the representative that I had a four month at a home he agreed to move up my test time so that I wouldn't wake up the baby. That's really going extra mile in my book. more

Amazing Resource 8/8/2019

Alarm Grid has been an amazing resource on my journey to create a perfect alarm system. Their videos and web information has allowed me to design and install a system that takes advantage of my existing wired system, adds wireless and z-wave compatibility as well as monitoring through iOS app. And their ability to charge a completely reasonable rate for self-monitoring and monitoring is amazing. Infact, the process to signup and get my new Honeywell Lyric programmed was amazing. While I did sign-up after hours, their service rep had contacted me first thing Monday morning and after two emails my system was programmed and I was able to monitor and control the system from my phone within 20 min. Without Alarm Grid I would not have been able to build the system I did. Additionally, they are truly the lowest prices on the web. Please keep up the customer service. more

Awesome quality cheapest monthly prices! 7/19/2019

Alarm grid is amazing at integrating old systems from multiple alarm agencies if you’re looking to save money this is the company to go to! With simply safe or that type of system you have to buy all the new sensors and set it up and yeah it’s easy and about the same price. But if you have all your sensors in place and they are compatible the alarm grid technical staff is amazing they’ll do follow up email phone numbers excellent customer support they got me to buy $290 panel and with the money I’m saving from Vivint to their monthly monitoring it will pay for itself in months. more

I would highly recommend this company. I did a ton of research in advance and decided I wanted to own my own hardware. Alarm Grid had great prices on 2GIG hardware. Paired with excellent service and no contracts, it was the best option by a mile. more

Great Follow Through 6/27/2019

It took quite a bit of time to get my system ready to program due to a change in my phone service and being on vacation. Jerrod relentlessly called me until I was able to take the time to set up my new monitoring service. Frank and Bryce were a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to finding out how their monitoring system will work out. more

Great customer service! 6/18/2019

After doing my research, I ordered a LTE IV communicator from Alarm Grid and installed it myself. I credit the knowledgeable team at Alarm Grid that helped me from start to finish. They sent me a link to help me with the install from Alarm Grid’s library of DIY YouTube videos. It made the entire installation process very easy. I then registered online for Total Cconnect 2.0 self-monitoring plan after entering my equipment info. They called me back to complete the setup and confirm everything was working properly. The whole process went well because I had great support along the way. I highly recommend them. more
