Alarm Grid has been an amazing resource on my journey to create a perfect alarm system. Their videos and web information has allowed me to design and install a system that takes advantage of my existing wired system, adds wireless and z-wave compatibility as well as monitoring through iOS app. And their ability to charge a completely reasonable rate for self-monitoring and monitoring is amazing. Infact, the process to signup and get my new Honeywell Lyric programmed was amazing. While I did sign-up after hours, their service rep had contacted me first thing Monday morning and after two emails my system was programmed and I was able to monitor and control the system from my phone within 20 min. Without Alarm Grid I would not have been able to build the system I did. Additionally, they are truly the lowest prices on the web. Please keep up the customer service.
