After doing my research, I ordered a LTE IV communicator from Alarm Grid and installed it myself. I credit the knowledgeable team at Alarm Grid that helped me from start to finish. They sent me a link to help me with the install from Alarm Grid’s library of DIY YouTube videos. It made the entire installation process very easy. I then registered online for Total Cconnect 2.0 self-monitoring plan after entering my equipment info. They called me back to complete the setup and confirm everything was working properly. The whole process went well because I had great support along the way. I highly recommend them.
