Horrible customer service. All they tell you is that they have ordered the parts even though the ordered the parts almost three months before.

Repairmen were nice 5/7/2012

I'm giving the high marks because two of the three repairmen were extremely nice, professional and quick. The appointments were convenient and easy to get. The wait time for parts was exceptional. All in all 5 star service, however, my dryer still doesn't get hot so that' why I took off one star. The last guy told us that it was clogged with lint. We cleaned every piece of lint from every nook and cranny. Still doesn't get hot. more

Really appreciated 4/24/2012

Repairman was prompt. Fixed quickly. No delays. I particularly liked ACTIVE APPLIANCES communication: the reminder e-mails and phone calls. I really appreciated those. If a need other appliances repaired via AHS I will request ACTIVE APPLIANCE specifically...if AHS allows that! Thanks~ more

Constantine, our Active Appliance service man, was outstanding. Very personable and thorough in his job, and gave advice on keeping appliances in tip-top shape. Much appreciated. He took care with my dryer and very efficiently cleaned up the area he worked in. He left a Active Appliances information magnet on my dryer - I would use your company again. more

Service and results were excellent 4/2/2012

You called promptly the day after I made my request to American Home Shield. You gave me an appointment the same day. The repair man came within the appointment window. He quickly identified the problem and had the parts and equipment to repair it immediately. He then gave me information on how to prevent the problem from happening again. The service and results were excellent. more

Arrived to estimate repairs needed in a timely fashion. Was very efficient. Charges were very reasonable. Could have been a little more communicative on the potential arrival time when he returned to put in the new part. Otherwise, good service and I will definitely use Active again. more

WORST DISPATCHER EVER. 3/1/2012

Worst dispatcher ever. POOR SERVICE.Dispatcher viki called me to schedule service for my whrilpool washer and lost patience because she was unable to understand my english. I was transfered to spanish speaking representative without any notice. i dont speak spanish. Days later she called back to schedule another appointment and she hung up. I called back and different person schedule. GREAT TECHNICIAN more
