I'm giving the high marks because two of the three repairmen were extremely nice, professional and quick. The appointments were convenient and easy to get. The wait time for parts was exceptional. All in all 5 star service, however, my dryer still doesn't get hot so that' why I took off one star. The last guy told us that it was clogged with lint. We cleaned every piece of lint from every nook and cranny. Still doesn't get hot.
