Horrible customer service. All they tell you is that they have ordered the parts even though the ordered the parts almost three months before.

Reasonable prices and good customer service. After the repair, he showed me what was broken, and explained why and gave me the broken part. Finally, he cleaned up after his repair and left my place nicer than when he came. more

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it on the spot. He was very courteous and professional and honest. His price was reasonable and compatible.\r more

Our problem was taken care of, which is great and what I ultimately care about. However, our technician was not friendly at all. He had an attitude for some reason & seemed upset that he was at my home working. Also he was really difficult to understand as his accent was very thick - Russian accent. I think it was frustrating him also that I kept asking him to repeat what he was trying to tell me. Overall, the problem was taken care of but the technician has a lot of room for improvement from a customer service standpoint. Thank you more

I have an apartment unit buildings with different appliances in them from washers, dryers and others, and things always happen there from time to time, when tenants do not take good care of them, I called this company on many occasions, was very surprised how fast and professionally they handle the service calls. Their technicians are so knowledgeable on all the issues, that is very rare nowadays. I even asked them things that do not relate to their job and they still knew the answer. Will not call anybody else, just them, because we have good working relationship. more
