Horrible customer service. All they tell you is that they have ordered the parts even though the ordered the parts almost three months before.

I have been using Active Appliances for over 8 years. I used them almost for everything, kitchen appliances, washers driers. Its hard to believe that this company are so consistently good. This my 1st feedback, I wish I knew that this exist, I would give a great feedback anytime they perform their job. Its just great! more
