Worst

Horrible customer service. All they tell you is that they have ordered the parts even though the ordered the parts almost three months before.

great service reasonable charge 8/9/2012

I did not have to wait a long time for the technician to come, my washer would not start, had lots of dirty laundry, no clean sock left. He came, knew exactly what went wrong. In half an hour I was using my washer. I never used them before, but now I will, because they saved me time and hustle. more

Dishonest, corrupt, horrible. Terrible technician, terrible customer service, terrible experience... They came to replace the doors on a new refrigerator in March. It is now almost August, and we still don't have a resolution. The door was improperly installed and the technician wouldn't fix it and left. Now the door comes out crooked. We had to call Jenair to find another company. more

Service and prices were fantastic. The technician was on time, diagnosed the problem right away. Price was fair. He has fixed our dishwasher, and a washing machine. I'm happy with the service. I don't like to wait all day for a repairman to come, when i do not even know what time he is coming! He was on time, fixed the problem quickly, had a very wide working knowledge of most brands and appliances. We will definitely use him again when the need arises. more
