Our problem was taken care of, which is great and what I ultimately care about. However, our technician was not friendly at all. He had an attitude for some reason & seemed upset that he was at my home working. Also he was really difficult to understand as his accent was very thick - Russian accent. I think it was frustrating him also that I kept asking him to repeat what he was trying to tell me. Overall, the problem was taken care of but the technician has a lot of room for improvement from a customer service standpoint. Thank you
