air conditioning 7/25/2017

Michael changed the blower to low on the air and some reason the air conditioning wasn't coming on, so I went ahead and put it back to where it was when kirt had it which was high. It seemed to go okay but we still get that light that says system failed but then later the A/C seems to come on. Is that normal for that to do that or does someone need to look at this again. Hate to keep calling you on this to come out and look at it. Want the unit run properly which it does, just want no problem with it. Thanks for coming out yesterday to look at it. more

Stellar Service 3/13/2017

I had a small water link under my kitchen sink which I noticed on Sunday. I called A-! Plumbing first thing on Monday morning. I talked with the service representative who told me that their scheduling person would call and let me know when their service technician would be at my home within 30 minutes. I got the call about mid-morning and the service tech, Jerry Phillips, arrived shortly thereafter. I reviewed the situation with him and he determined that my garbage disposal, after 16+ years had finally rusted out and leaking. We talked over the various alternatives to replace it and within one hour he had replaced it. Throughout the service call, from putting on his booties to prevent tracking on the carpet to going over the operation and manufacturer's information he was very polite, thorough and professional. This was not an inexpensive fix but I fully understood my options and chose what I felt would be the best investment for me and my home over the long term. As I told him, I have used A-! Plumbing for many years and have never been disappointed. This was another stellar service experience for me. more

Never Fails 1/24/2017

Over the last year, A1 has earned my absolute trust. Their technicians always explain things to me in terms I can understand, go out of their way to ensure I never pay more than I have to, and have given me complete peace of mind even when my home has gone through some major repairs. Not only am I consistently pleased with everything they do, I even take their referrals when I need a contractor for anything outside of the HVAC/Plumbing spheres. I hope my plumber, Jerry, never retires, because he is the absolute best. more

Review of A1 Plumbing and Heating 1/8/2017

Adam Goodwin of A1 Plumbing and Heating responded to my problem within two hours of my initial call to their service department, at least 1 full hour or more was strictly in the drive to our residence, so I would say the response time was fantastic. The Technician arrived and quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed my problem with no continuing or subsequent issues. He answered my questions and gave me excellent advice and feedback associated with this and any future repairs. I will definitely call A1 with any future Heating and Ventilation issues. Scam 1/6/2017

Recently moved to Meridian and called A-1 to repair a leaking seal between the tank and base on a two year old toilet. Their representative arrived and tried to sell me an entire rebuild $$560 when all that was needed was a $13 seal. I called Meridian Plumbing. They came out yesterday, replaced the seal and charged less than $200. more

Heater Repair 12/29/2016

Mike T. arrived just a short while after calling in my heater problem. Mike quickly figured out the problem and upgraded the furnace filter from 1" to 4" providing a larger filtering surface, and reducing replacements from 4 to 2 times a year. The furnace works better and is easier to take care of. more

Your Service was super. My kitchen faucet is working very well now. I was a bit taken back with the repair price. Seemed steep to replace a broken screw....but you failed to tell me it was a golden screw! more

Plumbing Review 11/17/2016

The review was scheduled for Tuesday. No one showed up. We called on Wednesday and was told it was somehow overlooked. Was rescheduled on Thursday. Technician showed up that day tne the review took place. No problems encountered with the process and the technician was pleasant and efficient. more
