last year we decided to purchase an above ground pool. We went to several pool stores in the area, and aframe pools was the best by far. the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. once we made our purchase the above ground pool manager went out of his way to make the process of installing and using our new pool as easy possible. We have been back several times for chemicals and toys and they always remember who we are. i couldnt have asked for a better experience. Pros: knowledgable, friendly, experienced Cons: always busy you must be patient with them more

Worst Customer Service Ever! 6/6/2010

Purchased a more expensive spa a couple years ago. Last year we were having problems with the temperature control. Called service spoke with Jeremy and another person. Knowledgable, and helpful. 5/17/2010

I have tried most of the pool companies around town. Aframe has the most knowledgeable staff. I have heard from friends that they aren't as friendly as other companies close by, but that has not been my experience. They seem to always know what part I am looking for and what might be causing various problems with my filter. I bought my above ground pool at Namco, had trouble one year later, and got the run around during 3 different visits. My pump stopped working after only one year. In the end I just bought a new one at Aframe because the people at Namco wouldn't refund or replace the pump. Kept asking me questions like it was my fault the pump didn't work anymore. Since that experience, I have replaced a liner, and added a chlorinator and repaired an upright, and have got all from Aframe, always with the advise needed to fix things myself. They do get busy, but have always been helpful, and know their stuff. Pros: Know everything about pools and Spas Cons: Quirky, tend to be to the point, not talkative more

Horriable Customer Service 5/17/2010

After being transfered to 4 people I end up with the most rudest person ever. I will never purchase or refer anyone to this company. TOO bad i was looking for an inground pool also. A customer service personnel dosent know what size things are but yet he seemed so knowleadgeable about everything else. Then couldnt tell me if they offered differant styles.. Poor Experience With Their Hot Tubs 7/9/2009

When I bought my hot tub in '05, I went to A Frame Imperial Pools and wet tested the various tubs. Yes, really. I brought my swim trunks and towel and tried them out. It's the best way of finding a good fit. When I got in and looked closely at the water I saw tiny bits of whitish flakes. I looked all around me and realized the flakes were everywhere in the water. I got out of there fast, went home & showered off. If they can't maintain the water correctly, I don't need one of their hot tubs. Pros: ? Cons: Water had contaminates in it. more

We would not recommend this company. They are very slow and would not respond back to our phone calls. We eventually gave up and went with someone else. Our Son is now happy... Pros: Cheap Cons: Lack of Service - Response more

bought a pool several years ago from aframe, 2nd year had trouble went to them and was told that manufactor went out of business too bad, no parts. now my pump died and they told me the same thing, company out of business (different company) so no parts...... wanted to sell me all new filter, pump etc.. always waiting on the phone for someone who might know what to do... that nevers happens... the long and short NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - all they want is to sell new stuff and forget you Cons: no service more

Not Good 6/27/2009

My family and I bought a pool from this ""company"" about three years ago. It has been a money pit and nightmare. To start the installers of the pool over charged us. It was a hundred dollars and I had to spend countless hours on the phone talking to several people and was in the end never refunded. They also did not screw in one of the braces that holds the pool up. My husband had to do it himself. Cons: This place does not stand behind their product. more

Poor Service 7/8/2008

We purchased a pool from Aframe last year and apparently from our experiance and from others that we have spoken to, once you purchase a pool from them ""THEY"" are too busy to help you with questions you have after the fact. I just called and had a question abotu the pool and how it functions this was after I waited on hold for 10 mins at least 3 times and gave up cause no one came back on the line. Only this time I did get someone who was more into what he was eating and apparently ""BUSY"" cause he was short and to the poitn with his answers. When I told him I tried several times to contact them about these quesitons and was on hold for 10 -15 mins no one came back he said ""because weare BUSY"" so hrm, maybe with this type of service you wont be BUSY anymore cause who will buy a pool from a company that could give two cents to you after the fact. Honestly, its not like I bought a pack of gum from them! I expect at least the first year they could at least take the time to answer the questins and make me feel like i am the only one they are helping on the phone at the time . Not that I should hurry with my questions and feel like I am taking them from well I guess LUNCH since he couldnt stop chewing on god only knows what. Anyhow, not satisified with this company at all. I rather have stayed with Namco since they take the time to help! Guess learn the hardway and hopefully if someone is lookiong to purchase a pool, be cautious of this place at least they are nice to you when you want to put down 5-10grand but once its in , well good luck on having them call you back or actaully finding the time to answer your questions cause they are ""BUSY"". more
