I have tried most of the pool companies around town. Aframe has the most knowledgeable staff. I have heard from friends that they aren't as friendly as other companies close by, but that has not been my experience. They seem to always know what part I am looking for and what might be causing various problems with my filter.
I bought my above ground pool at Namco, had trouble one year later, and got the run around during 3 different visits. My pump stopped working after only one year. In the end I just bought a new one at Aframe because the people at Namco wouldn't refund or replace the pump. Kept asking me questions like it was my fault the pump didn't work anymore.
Since that experience, I have replaced a liner, and added a chlorinator and repaired an upright, and have got all from Aframe, always with the advise needed to fix things myself.
They do get busy, but have always been helpful, and know their stuff.
Pros: Know everything about pools and Spas
Cons: Quirky, tend to be to the point, not talkative
