We shopped around quite a bit for a new spa before stopping at A Frame. The Saratoga Spas that they offer are by far the best quality for a comparable price. Plus they are locally made which means local support. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the spa didn't quite work right when it arrived at our house. However the staff and technicians were very helpful over the phone and came out at their earliest convienience to make it right. We use the spa every day and wish we had purchased one long ago. more

A-Frame is the best 6/22/2011

I was able to get the basic remodel that I wanted and some upgrades for close to the budget that I had. During the project, the crews that came by cleaned up after themselves very nicely and came in and did their work not spending a bunch of time on their cell phones. If someone was unsure about anything, I was asked what I wanted. more

Great Experience 3/18/2011

Everybody at the store has been so helpful. My parents have always had a great experience there from the friendly store sales staff and the professional service teams that work on their pool. My parents are now elderly and rely on the pool for exercise and relaxation. The associates have always gone out of there way to help them from carrying out everything to their car to helping them out with their pool cleaner. more

By Far the Best 3/16/2011

last year we decided to purchase an above ground pool. We went to several pool stores in the area, and aframe pools was the best by far. the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. once we made our purchase the above ground pool manager went out of his way to make the process of installing and using our new pool as easy possible. We have been back several times for chemicals and toys and they always remember who we are. i couldnt have asked for a better experience. more
