we bought a new above ground pool May 2011. After waiting to pay becaue the work was not totally complete owner Jim Sprague pressured us to pay in full. After payinh I poinyed out that he had failed to give me the deluxe plumbing we paid for. It is now May 2012 and we are still waiting for our deluxe plumbing. more
