I appreciate the quick response by you and your team. Jeff the tech was over today and resolved my problems in a timely fashion, and even went to A-Frame to retrieve some missing items that weren't originally shipped with the spa. In an era where all people do is complain, I thought I would take this time to thank you and your organization for the great service. My anxiety level was high last night and when I woke up, I wasn't sure if I would need a bathing suit, or ice skates. Happily, it's the former. Looking forward to jumping in tonight. Thanks again!
