I have personally worked with A-Frame Imperial Pools for the past 25 years installing more than 2000 pools for them. When ever we have had any problems with their pools, liners or other equipment. They always take care of their customers. A Frame Imperial also works hard every year to find the best pools at the lowest possible price on the market to supply their customers to be competetive in their area. My advice would be if you are looking for a pool or spa they are the people to call. more

Thank you so much for sending these professionals over to bail me out from under my wife's adventures! They did so much more than change out a manifold. They quite literally re-built the frame of the spa. They totally went above and beyond any normal call of duty. My only worry is that they did too good of a job and it will last for years delaying the ultimate purchase of a far superior Saratoga Spa. Thanks again. more

Worst customer service ever. Seriously...THE WORST EVER!!! Total jerks. No help at all. Arrogant, rude and condescending. We went in not knowing how to use our new spa and left disgusted! Do not shop here. We went to Concord Pools after and they were awesome. more

I appreciate the quick response by you and your team. Jeff the tech was over today and resolved my problems in a timely fashion, and even went to A-Frame to retrieve some missing items that weren't originally shipped with the spa. In an era where all people do is complain, I thought I would take this time to thank you and your organization for the great service. My anxiety level was high last night and when I woke up, I wasn't sure if I would need a bathing suit, or ice skates. Happily, it's the former. Looking forward to jumping in tonight. Thanks again! more

I WANTED a pool installed, but only by someone wearing a clown suit, that said they sent one to my home, my Kids I have three, were slobbering all over themselves, barking out loud kicking up quite a fuss. I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER....EVEN THE POLICE CAME TO QUIET US DOWN WE WERE HAVING SO MUCH FUN. more

I was able to get the basic remodel that I wanted and some upgrades for close to the budget that I had. During the project, the crews that came by cleaned up after themselves very nicely and came in and did their work not spending a bunch of time on their cell phones. If someone was unsure about anything, I was asked what I wanted. more

After payinh I poinyed out that he had failed to give me the deluxe plumbing we paid for. It is now May 2012 and we are still waiting for our deluxe plumbing. more
